When expanding to Burnsville, Kevin Schleif and Bob Gillen believed they created the perfect look for Chianti Grill - cathedral ceiling, stone fireplaces and large patio. So, they’re re-creating that look at their new spot at Har Mar in Roseville.
The partners, who also run Porterhouse steakhouses in Little Canada and Lakeville, plan to offer the same menu of Italian classics, steaks and seafood. Once the new spot is up and running, they’re thinking of turning the old space into an Irish pub or seafood restaurant.
